Adding Agent / Office IDs to HJI Responsive IDX

To begin, you will need to log in to the back end of your HJI WordPress Website. Once you are at the dashboard, look to the left of the screen and down until you see Responsive IDX and click into that page. This will take you to the HJI Responsive IDX settigns page.

From there navigate to the Offices/Agents tab to view the settings panel. If you are a member of multiple MLS Boards, you can select which MLS the IDs are members of from the market drop down menu. If you are just in one market (most common), you can ignore the MLS dropdown menu as it will already be preset based on your HJI License Key.

You should see two boxes on this page, one for Office IDs and the other for Agent IDs. We want to focus on the Agent ID box, which is the lower of the two. Click Add to get started adding the Agent ID. This will bring up a lookup form where you can search for your name or your team members' name in the search box.

Please Note

Some MLS markets will only display Agents or Offices that have currently active listings. If you need to add an Office or Agent ID that does not currently have any listings, please contact us and we will get the ID added for you.

After you select the Agent you wish to add, simply click once to highlight them and click Insert. There will be a confirmation that the Agent ID was added and you can click Close to dismiss the Lookup Popup. You can add as many Agent IDs as necessary using this method.

After confirming the Agent ID is now present in the Agents box, click Save Changes. At this point you are done with the Responsive IDX portion of this guide.

Utilizing the IDs to Display Listings

Once your Office and Agent IDs have been added to the HJI Responsive IDX settings page, you will be able to utilize those IDs when generating HJI Responsive IDX shortcodes and in HJI Responsive IDX Featured Properties Widgets.
