Home Value Plugin Overview

The HJI Home Value plugin is a tool for users to obtain an approximate value of a house or property. The user inputs an address and if valid, the plugin will display a page with specific details about the property, the estimated value, property street view, and recent sales near the property.

Once a Home Value has been estimated, users will have the ability to adjust the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, etc. When these fields are updated, the button "Get New Valuation" will become clickable and will register the changes made to calculate a new value.
