Someone wrote me a testimonial, but it's not showing up?
When someone writes you a testimonial, you will receive an email notifying you that a testimonial needs approval.
In your admin Dashboard menu, click on "Agent Roster" and then "All Testimonials." You will see the testimonials you have pending. Click on the ones that you want to edit or approve, and make sure you click on "Update" on the right sidebar of the post to approve and publish the testimonial.
